Luxottica has leased a new shop for its formula RayBan in the centre of Rotterdam at Lijnbaan 92. The retail space is approximately 360m², divided over the ground floor as well as upper floors. The agreed rent is in line with the market. The shop will open to shoppers next spring.
The lessor, RJB Group, was assisted in this transaction by real estate advisor City Real Estate. The interests of the tenant were represented by Kroese Paternotte.
