In 2012 he joined Cushman & Wakefield where he became a partner. His main focus is tenant representation, leasing and investments on highstreets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Economics and Law and is a member of RICS.

He worked part-time alongside his studies at a fin-tech for 5.5 years. After his internship he joined City Real Estate as a full-time junior retail consultant. Within City Real Estate, Hidde is an all-round employee with a focus on leasing management and rent reviews.
