From September 2023, Hidde joined City Real Estate as a full-time intern. He holds his bachelor’s degree Marketing &amp; Communication with a minor in Business Processes and Analytics. He worked part-time alongside his studies at a fin-tech for 5.5 years. After his internship he joined City Real Estate as a full-time retail consultant. Within City Real Estate, Hidde is an all-round employee with a focus on leasing management and rent reviews.

Hidde van Haaster

Hugo became a partner of City Real Estate in 2022. He started his career as retail agent at DTZ in 2006. In 2011 he joined the retail team of Cushman &amp; Wakefield where he became a Partner. His main focus is the leasing management of retail portfolios, shopping centers and retail developments. He holds a master’s degree in real estate management. He is also a member of RICS.

Hugo Franck

Rutger joined City Real Estate in 2021 as a retail real estate consultant. He studied Entrepreneurship &amp; Retail Management. In addition to working full-time, he is getting his certification to become a certified broker at the Academie voor Vastgoed. He is specialized in tenant representation for retail and F&amp;B expansion.

Rutger Schaub

Jelle is one of the founders of City Real Estate in 2017. Before City Real Estate, he worked on international tenant and landlord representation in the retail department of Cushman &amp; Wakefield in 2010. His main focus is high-footfall streets in the 20 key retail cities in The Netherlands and is specialized in the luxury markets. He holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Communications.

Jelle Brouwer

Toby is one of the founders of City Real Estate in 2017. He started his real estate career at Cushman &amp; Wakefield where he worked for 5 years as a retail consultant. In 2014 he joined the retail site specialist McDevitt where he became a partner. His main focus is tenant representation leasing and investments on highstreets. He holds a master’s degree in business administration.

Toby Bethlehem

Pepijn is one of the founders of City Real Estate in 2017. Before City Real Estate, he worked as an associate director retail at CBRE from 2007. In 2012 he joined Cushman &amp; Wakefield where he became a partner. His main focus is tenant representation, leasing and investments on highstreets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Economics and Law and is a member of RICS.
