Clothing and jeans brand ONLY has signed a long-term lease for a large new shop in Eindhoven’s Piazza Center shopping centre. The existing shop in Piazza will now house the ONLY & SONS formula.
The new shop will be located on the ground and 1st floors of Piazza Center at the current location of H&M. The shop will have a floor space of over 1,200m². ONLY is already present at another location in Piazza Center. This 427m² shop will be converted into an ONLY & SONS.
Piazza Center is an indoor shopping centre with four floors of fashion, leisure, food and lifestyle in the centre of Eindhoven at 18 Septemberplein and the head of the Demer. Well-known brands, such as Zara, Decathlon, Esprit, Pipoos, Dunkin, Media Markt and ICI Paris, as well as nice local boutiques, are part of the shopping centre.
City Real Estate in cooperation with Berkhouwe handled the letting on behalf of owner Piazza Invest.
