The Bouwinvest Retail Fund has signed a lease agreement with American sports company Nike for Lijnbaan 111. This property is located near the Lijnbaan – Oldebarneveltplaats intersection. Nike’s new store will be distributed on the ground and first floor. Lijnbaan 111 is part of Bouwinvest’s complex of over 9,000 m² of stores, centrally located in Rotterdam’s core shopping area. Well-known tenants include Levi’s, Both, Intertoys, Albert Heijn, Etos and Gall&Gall. City Real Estate acted on behalf of Bouwinvest.
