Hairdressing formula Menspire has rented a new business space in Amsterdam-South on Beethovenstraat 53. The shop has a size of approximately 118 m² divided between the ground floor and the basement. Menspire is a barbering and hairdressing shop especially for men. This will be the fifth branch in Amsterdam, which is expected to open in early April. The agreed rent is in line with the market.
The landlord, Summa Vastgoed B.V., was assisted by City Real Estate.
