a.s.r. real estate on behalf of the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund has signed a long-term lease agreement with My Jewellery for the shop at Leidsestraat 19 in Amsterdam. The property has a ground floor retail space of approximately 80 m². The shop has been sustainably completed by My Jewellery in consultation with a.s.r. real estate and has a fully gasless retail operation.
My Jewellery
Owner Sharon Hilgers started selling homemade jewellery via Facebook in 2011. Since then, My Jewellery has grown into a total concept with the latest trends in jewellery, accessories and clothing. With the opening of the shop at Leidsestraat 19, My Jewellery now has 33 branches in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
