Sam Denim, a retail formula selling women’s and men’s clothing, has leased a new shop in the centre of Enschede at Kalanderstraat 8a. The retail space is approximately 340m², divided over the ground floor, as well as upper floors. The agreed rent is in line with the market.
The interests of the lessor, Achmea Real Estate, were represented by City Real Estate and Jacobs van der Meij Real Estate.
