Pink Gellac has agreed a long-term lease with the landlord of Herestraat 40 in Groningen. It concerns a retail space of approximately 170 m² on the first floor. The rental price of the retail space is in line with the market. The lessor, Böschen Europe B.V., has been assisted by City Real Estate. Real estate advisor Vastgoed Intervisie has represented the interests of Pink Gellac.
