CITY DEAL
Sneaker and streetwear retailer SNIPES will open a new store in Groningen fall this year. The retailer will occupy a store on Herestraat 67 in Groningen of approximately 950 sqm on 3 levels. City Real Estate is the exclusive advisor of Snipes in the Netherlands and acted on her behalf in this deal. CBRE advised lessor IEF in this matter.
